چکیده

This paper first designs and implements an image defogging algorithm based on FPGA. The hardware design mainly includes SDRAM control module, SD card data transmission convolution neural network calculation module. module controls the working state of SDRAM; card; reading writing is responsible for algorithm. Based this point, uses medium complex ocean atmosphere combination model to estimate SST diversity climate characteristics tropical coastal Pacific Atlantic Ocean in recent years, studies analyzes influencing factors prediction. atmospheric part coupled global circulation CCM3, oceanic a simplified gravity Zebiak Cane type. In addition, air filter added test impact natural noise during broadcasting. Finally, article investigated positive effect swimming rehabilitation training chronic neck pain symptoms office workers; Objectives were study various trainings workers investigate different cycles workers. Objective was provide theoretical basis development exercise plan improve results showed that breaststroke freestyle effective treating paper, application adaptive correction change research has promoted healthy progress training.

Incident Light Frequency-based Image Defogging Algorithm

Considering the problem of color distortion caused by the defogging algorithm based on dark channel prior, an improved algorithm was proposed to calculate the transmittance of all channels respectively. First, incident light frequency’s effect on the transmittance of various color channels was analyzed according to the Beer-Lambert’s Law, from which a proportion among various channel transmitta...

Single Image Defogging Algorithm based on Dark Channel Priority

Based on dark channel priority, the paper proposes an improved defogging algorithm of single image which can defog the foggy images rapidly. The algorithm in the paper applies the method combining adaptive median filter and bilateral filter to figure out clear dark channel on the edge. And the algorithm is based on the physical model of foggy images to estimate transmission. Compared with the t...

Image Defogging Algorithm of Single Color Image Based on Wavelet Transform and Histogram Equalization

Because of light scattered by the suspended particles in the atmosphere, photographs taken in the foggy day look gray and lack of visibility. In order to unveil the clear image’s structures and colors, we propose a image defogging algorithm of single color image based on wavelet transform and histogram equalization. Firstly, using histogram equalization to enhancement image, then to nonlinear e...

Fast Single-image Defogging

Bad weather conditions such as fog, haze, and dust often reduce the performance of outdoor cameras. To improve the effectiveness of surveillance and in-vehicle cameras under such conditions, we propose a method based on a dark channel prior for quickly defogging images. It first estimates the intensity of the atmospheric light by searching the sky area in the foggy image. Then it estimates the ...

Climate Change, Hurricanes and Tropical Storms, and Rising Sea Level in Coastal Wetlands

Global climate change is expected to affect temperature and precipitation patterns, oceanic and atmospheric circulation, rate of rising sea level, and the frequency, intensity, timing, and distribution of hurricanes and tropical storms. The magnitude of these projected physical changes and their subsequent impacts on coastal wetlands will vary regionally. Coastal wetlands in the southeastern Un...
